I canned blackberry jam this summer, from blackberries we picked at a U-pick farm. The blackberries were so sweet, we went with the low-sugar pectin. It turned out great! Of course, I did it with my mom, who is a canning pro. It would have been way too hard to do it on my own (especially with my kids).
