Eat lower fat, and you get less of them. While I do agree that lower fat is actually better (for additional reasons as well, such as evidence that people with heart disease fare much better on a low or no fat diet) if modern farming is not what it used to be, how would low fat dairy possibly be exempt from containing "sex hormones, dioxins, phthalates, flame retardants, and other environmental pollutants"? Low fat dairy would still coming from the exact same environment where harmful farming practices and environmental pollution exist.
